I cannot believe we are so close to Christmas! I feel like just yesterday I was putting up my Fall decorations. If you are still looking for the perfect dress for Christmas or Christmas Eve, I got you covered!
My Favorite Traditions
This is one of my favorite times of the year. I love putting up Christmas decorations and baking with my husband. We decorate every year the day after Thanksgiving. This has been a tradition of mine since I was a little girl. Every year my mom and I would pull out all of the Christmas decor and spend the day making the house festive. I always miss her this time of year (she passed in 2017), so I am happy I have my husband to carry this tradition on with.
After decorating we make sure to spend one night Thanksgiving weekend listening to Christmas music while making my famous homemade marshmallows (well, family famous! haha). My husband loves them and we look forward to making them together each year. We also spend an evening in December with my family making our Italian Christmas cookies (the recipes have been in our family forever!), and a day making homemade pirogies with my husbands family. As you can see, I love my traditions! I just think traditions are so special and help build so many fun memories.
Can't Forget the Outfit Details!
On another note, I know what I will be wearing this year on Christmas Eve thanks to Shop the Mint! They sent me this gorgeous dress and I instantly knew I had to wear it for Christmas Eve. This beauty comes in a gorgeous red as well that is perfect for the Holidays. I will note, it does have a low neckline, so I actually sewed mine a little to be more conservative (I am wearing a small for reference). I hope you all are having an amazing holiday season!
